Checked in at 12:30am and Waited in line for a bit b/c person in front having lots of issues with their room. Then had to wait for staff to deal with phone calls. When it was our turn the staff couldn't get the key cards to work so waited 15 more minutes.

Front desk incompetent.
The person at the front desk gave us the key to the room and said we were to drive around to door number 3. We went there and tried to get in however the door had no handle and was under construction. Mind you, I was traveling with a handicap person which meant that we then had to get back into our car and and park at a door that was very much further away from our room. We had to walk a very long way to get to the elevator let along our room on the fourth floor. It was a bad start to our stay!

Clean….just noisy.
Everything was really clean and comfortable. There was a wedding or something in the party rooms, and they all must have been staying in the hotel. Doors were slamming all night long. Pretty noisy. Only other thing was that the shower didn’t work. The bath faucet worked, but not the shower. Ordered room service breakfast. Food was great. Service was great.
