One now can not park overnight for an extended stay even if you’re a Hilton Honors member. And if you book through Hotels.com you can’t park for a long stay while you travel.

When I opened the door to walk into the room, I was hit with unbelievable heat. I could hardly breathe when I walked in the room. The wood furniture was hot to touch. The heat had been turned all the way up and the fan had been turned all the way up. I propped my door open until 3 AM to get some cool air from the hall whomever the person was that works for that hotel who did that to that room should be reprimanded.

I have stayed here numerous times in the past because you had free parking for up to 7 days. Now that benefit is gone this hotel is not worth staying at. The front desk associate did not do a good job explaining or providing options. I am a Hilton honors member but did not have the option to rebook with the parking option because o went thru a 3rd party. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay here again. Do better. Communication is important.

In an area like Kearny Mesa, there is no need to charge for parking. You have very adequate parking facilities, and I viewed it as a nuisance fee.
