It took half an hour sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to call back the front desk from wherever he was off site to tell the person how to unlock the screen to accept a 15 dollar depost. Very unusual for a Hilton but it happened none the less.

Overall good experience; liked the breakfast, the pool and appreciate the washer & dryer availability. But the chairs of the dining table were broken, there was no microwave in the room and the last night the air conditioning stopped working properly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was good but does not have a microwave. Have to go to another floor to use a community microwave. Hallways are not cooled which is not good in GA heat during the summer. Unfortunately won’t stay again.

Clean property and everyone was very nice, very helpful. Shops within driving distance as well as restaurants within walking. Very safe area. The breakfest left a little to be desired but there’s an IHOP within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if needed.

Elevator was slow and sounded like a major squeaky wheel. Scared my wife. Ice machine didn’t work on five or four. Check in took forever due to couple checking in before me(not hotels fault). Breakfast needed to be refreshed with fresher food. Needed a place to dispose of used insulin needle. Air worked great.

I found a live roach in my bathtub. Reported it to the front desk and she didn’t seem to do anything or care. She just apologized. Otherwise the hotel was clean and safe. Good breakfast
