The staff were great and overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Unfortunately our room keys weren’t working and the one night we stayed there we had to go twice to the front desk to get our keys fixed so they would work.

Wasnt able to check in. Was denied due to pet circumstances. It is suppose to be a pet friendly hotel. Hotel pet policies are not disclosed when booking online. It was a Friday night, all other hotels in area were booked. Wasnt able to attend scheduled show we bought tickets for ($80). Was forced to drive back home (3 hrs)

That was a terrible experience. A/C leaking and floor was soaking wet. Floor had several dips in the floor and the morning manager was very rude.

Was a good hotel, just a bit old but the standards were still high, as in the rooms were clean and well done, big rooms as well (i booked the king suite) the doors to the rooms are not modern (if someone has the same key they can easily open the door even if its locked from the inside) new ones dont allow such things but it was still safe enough.

The other reviews for this hotel have to be a scam because this place was disgusting. The room smelled like mildew with mold everywhere.

Average hotel, nice staff, budget friendly

It was your average hotel. Not super clean but not dirty either. The places that mattered were clean lmao (bed, toilet, sink, etc.) AC was okay, took forever to get it cold in there but once it was, it was alright. The staff was nice. Missed breakfast the one day but they were kind enough to let me snag some plastic silverware lol. & then I had an incident where I needed some new beddings from spilling water at 3am and the man at the desk was kind enough to assist me.

Breakfast was really great and comprehensive, but the building is pretty old and you can hear every little floor creak and stomp and voice throughout. Lots of little bugs and the furniture definitely shows its wear, but it was serviceable.

Bad customer service

We got there early (noon) and wanted to check in but was told there would be a $55.00 charge. I’ve stayed at hotels all over and arrived early and left late and have never been charged. I hadn’t slept, my flight was at 5 am and a little courtesy would have been nice. I left and came back. When I checked in, I was told if I checked out late there would be a charge. I hadn’t stayed at a La Quinta in a while and I won’t ever again. I’ll take my money elsewhere where they appreciate my business.
