Pebbles Reach is a stunningly beautiful semi-detached house, just waiting for a couple or small family to enjoy the space and tranquility it provides. Dog-friendly, there is a fully enclosed rear garden, ample parking to the front of the house, and only a mile from the North Wales coastline. Pebbles Reach is found in a beautiful spot, high on the hillside above the north coast of Wales, with distant views over the fields to the sea and the Little Orme beyond. The cottage centrepiece is a cosy lounge with log-burner and comfy sofas and TV that turn the core of this cottage into an inviting hub - perfect for relaxing. Just off the lounge, in the centre of 3 main downstairs living spaces, there is a well-appointed, split kitchen and completing the downstairs space is a separate conservatory-style dining room, with large windows and French doors that open onto a love patio terrace and garden. Here you will find a sunny seating area and outdoor space to relax in that is as good as the downstairs living room. In the kitchen, you will find most of the useful modern conveniences needed for a fabulous self-catering stay. There is a cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and kettle and a host of kitchen crockery and utensils, providing everything you might need. There is also a highchair available. In terms of entertainment, there is a TV in the lounge, and WiFi is provided. Upstairs is where you will find yet more lovely spaces, and the first floor consists of the two bedrooms - a master double with distant sea views and the twin room overlooking the pretty enclosed garden - and a modern shower room for all to use. There is also a cot provided for infants, and bed linens and towels are provided, but you will need to bring cot linen if you intend to use this. Pebbles Reach is dog-friendly, and allows one well-behaved dog at no additional charge. Just outside the property, there is a public children's play area for younger members to enjoy, and the cottage has off-road parking for up to 2 cars. Llanddulas has a beach in North Wales, which has a great pebble and rock beach that’s got loads of awesome rock pools to discover and peek into. It’s a fairly quiet beach with some great views, so it’s perfect for a seaside stroll, why not bring a picnic? Just watch out that the seagulls don’t steal your sandwiches! Llysfaen is positioned halfway between Colony Bay and Abergele. Abergele is a market town and community, situated on the north coast of Wales between the holiday resorts of Colwyn Bay and Rhyl, in Conwy County Borough and in the historic county of Denbighshire. Its northern suburb of Pensarn lies on the Irish Sea coast. Nearby, you will find Gwrych Castle, on a 236-acre estate are owned by a charity, and a portion of the land is leased to Natural Resources Wales for a 999-year term. In the other direction, you will find Llandudno, but first, Colwyn Bay. Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-Sea and Old Colwyn, have plenty to offer whether you are looking for a short break or longer holiday. A wide range of accommodation can be found in the area to suite all tastes and budgets. Both Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea have shopping areas and are close to the renowned Welsh Mountain Zoo, several golf courses and plenty of places to walk and climb.
