Fantastic location!
Fantastic location, close to everything, yet the apartment was set back from the street, so very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen, thick bath towels and nice amenities.

Muy central en Como, cerca de la st. Apartamento bien amoblado, limpio y muy seguro. Hermosa vista al cerro. Rapida comunicación con los propietarios, flexibilidad a la hora de recoger y entregar las llaves.

Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig. Waren erst um Mitternacht vor Ort. Deshalb haben wir vereinbart, dass der Schlüssel in einem Sicherheitsschloss deponiert wird.Der dazugehörige Code werde uns per SMS geschickt. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Die zuständige Person war bereits früh Abends telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar. Auch nicht per Mail oder SMS. Auch stand uns keine Hotline zu Verfügung. Per Zufall lief eine Kollegin der Hausinhaberin vorbei und fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei. Sie konnte dann die Inhaberin tel erreichen!! Diese behauptete uns den Code zugestellt zu haben, welches komischerweise nach dem Telefonat auch gleich per SMS eintraf. Komisch…. Die Wohnung ist an einer super Lage Sie war allerdings nicht aufgeheizt!!! Es war also arschkalt! Sonst gepflegte Wohnung. Allerdings erwarte ich für ein solchen Preis mehr Service!!!! Auch im Nachhinein hat sich niemand mehr gemeldet!!!

Great appartment in the center of Como
This is a great appartment just in the center of Como close to everything. The interior is nice, it's quiet, top quality equipment, good wifi. Parking was easily organized in the neighborhood.

2 Tage Comp. super Lage sehr zentral, geräumig umsägt sauber. Wohnung ist komplett renoviert worden. Das Bad ist. Ein wenig eng, sonst alles bestens.
