Recently renovated, the apartment boasts large windows that bring brightness to the spaces, with warm wooden flooring throughout. The two bedrooms, one with a panoramic balcony and the other with colorful LED lights, offer a unique experience. The bathroom with a large shower, storage room, and comfortable living area with a double sofa bed integrate into a harmonious, modern, Nordic-designed apartment.

With air conditioners, Smart TVs in every room, and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for both work and relaxation. The pearl gray kitchen, new and efficient, is connected to the living area, forming an open space. Equipped with an extendable table, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, and more. In the living room, two armchairs, a comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed), 43” Smart TV, and air conditioning.

The sleeping area includes the Gray Suite with a Queen-size bed and a chaise longue that can transform into a single bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a private panoramic balcony. The Lyric Suite with two single beds that can be joined, wall-mounted Smart TV, and colored LED lights. The bathroom features a large glass shower, towel dryer, a sink illuminated with a photocell, and convenient drawers. The external laundry area has a washing machine, sink, and space to store bicycles or strollers.
