First time users, pleased with overall cleanliness. Did not anticipate downstairs guests, baby crying at 11:30 pm, certainly felt obligated to be quiet to accommodate their comfort. Were asked to fit side by side for parking which seemed unrealistic. Low water pressure, bathroom ceiling was pealing, window dirty and slight vomit smell in one bedroom.

Quiet Sanctuary
5 adults in the Comox Valley to attend Vancouver Island Music Festival stayed in this 3 bedroom upper suite apartment. It ticked all the boxes...spacious, good kitchen, quiet, clean. After a long day of music in the heat, it was wonderful to come back to unwind and cool down.

Owner Canceled with two hours notice
We were already boarding the ferry and received a cancellation notice 2.5 hours before check-in saying the “cleaner wasn’t available that day”. All the “Expedia affiliated” hotels were sold out and we paid hundreds more for two hotel rooms (even though we wanted three rooms and a kitchen) with zero reimbursement from VRBO. I spent hours of my vacation time trying to sort out a hotel and get support from VRBO with poor results - it was very stressful and a horrible experience. If you want to run a business, make sure you have employees.
