I stay here a few times a year. Michael at check in always has a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast starts early and thats a plus. Pool area is nice. Convenience store across the street. Many dining options are walking distance.

Lots of cigarette butts in the rocks outside the rooms downstairs.in room #236 you have to hold the lever on the toilet down to get water back in,the handle in the bathroom sink was very wobbly,there is a 2 “ gap under the front door inside large enough to let insects/spiders in.2 nd time we have stayed here for a concert but our last!

I accidentally typed the wrong date during booking. Both Expedia and myself reached out to the hotel miltiple times to make an exception and change the date for me to the correct date. No one responded at all. I ended up paying for the room but never actually stayed there. Its probably the worst booking experience ive ever had. I dont think i will ever book with Best Western again. Super poor customer service overall.

So horrible they are there, no empathy! I got into a car wreck n didn’t gave my phone got out the day of my stay at 6pm. They didn’t care they charged me anyways
