The receptionist upon arrival and checkout (Cara) was fantastic. Her service was upmost professional, welcoming and extremely friendly. Restaurant food was exceptional with wonderful service from staff. All very friendly and pleasant. Wonderful views from hotel room, adequate parking and overall restful visit. Will definitely recommend.

The room was super nice, bed bit firm for our comfort but was a lovely room. Only thing was not enough tea & coffee supplies and when we asked for more from the front desk the guy looked so shocked I had asked. I even had to ask a 2nd night and the same guy served us and his expression didn't change.

Lovely hotel, very good food in the restaurant. The rooms are described as soundproof - this is definitely not the case where there is a connecting door, which really lets the hotel down. Combined with open plan bathrooms, noise really travels. Otherwise very comfortable.

This was everything I expected from a Hilton. A first-class-feel. Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Cannot comment on the dining since didn't eat there, but the restaurant space was very nice and there was a small discount on breakfast if you didn't book it in advance but committed to it before midnight the day before.

absolutely great hotel, lovely location easy to access local towns etc. The restaurant was exceptional all freshly cooked and the Manager was great squeezing us in when it was absolutely rammed! The Spa is wonderful too good value

Generally a decent experience. The hotel was well presented throughout, and the room was clean. The service was slow, as apparently it was busier than normal. A disappointing response to it taking over an hour for 2 pizzas and some drinks. Also had to wait to be seated for breakfast.
