The room was clean for the most part. They need to look behithe door in the bathroom though. Could tell that hadn't been cleaned in a while. Everything else seemed clean. The bed was too firm for me but the husband was fine with it. It was a very nice room for the price.

We came for a softball tournament and were pleased how easy it was to get from the hotel to the fields! That's also true for the restaurants we We loved our room!! Parking was good. There were places to dine close by and also there was a restaurant across the parking lot! The continental breakfast good, but I would change to larger waffle maker. Would for sure stay there again!

The staff is so sweet and helpful! This is our second time staying here, anytime we plan to go through Tennessee, this is our place! So pet friendly, we just love that there’s a full trail/area around the hotel for pet owners to bring their animals and get their energy out! You can tell how much everyone is enjoying their stay when we got there! There were families enjoying the pool in the rain and everyone was super happy! Stay here if you need a comfortable, affordable, pet safe & friendly place!

ALL Excellent, but the biggestTREASURE was Miss Glenda, in charge of breakfast buffet, always smiling, and so attentive to all of our needs as she kept the breakfast items refurbished. I remember this establishment as having been in Cookeville when I was a faculty member at TTU over 50 years ago. There are reasons that it has survived when various other businesses have folded. Of note, numerous appealing dining options within walking distance.
