There was a lack of hospitality. When we checked in, we were given very little information from the woman at the desk. She was preoccupied with babysitting a young child and conversing with his mother. Otherwise the Inn was clean and very nicely restored.

Room was very comfortable and was in walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and will stay again if in the area.

It was a great place to stay. Clean,quiet and comfortable. The outdoor areas were nice to just chill out in. Picked the perfect time to go. Everything in the area was open but not crowded.

This place is a perfect little spot just off the main street in downtown! Very walkable to the downtown area but far enough away for a quiet stay. We had a wonderful time & would certainly plan on going back next time we are in Cooperstown!

Delays at check-in due to front desk personnel being elsewhere in and about property, had to leave, come back an hour later, and then wait another ten minutes to be welcomed. Only room criticism is shower floor is smooth, and a slip hazard when wet; could have used some texture on it.

Literally the best comfortable hotel. The bed was comfy with real bedding, towel were super soft. Very nice!
