Our only issue was on the night we had a room with a shared toilet, and there weren't enough toilets for the amount of rooms on that floor. On the nights we had a room with our own bathroom, we were super happy with this hotel. We would stay there again.

The hotel is literally minutes away from the train station and metro, making it an excellent choice for people like myself with compromised mobility. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us regarding transport and any other queries. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the dining area pleasant and airy. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room or the ability to borrow one from reception, but otherwise I cannot fault this hotel.

The most greedy hotel ever. Beds with no head rest. I asked the tall bow leged guy about ,if they have any kitchen or microwave,he gave me the most ever look of arrogance to me.It took me a while to realize, by then his shift was ended.I was going to make him,his arrogance drink.The coldesd staff ever.the 3 pm tall guy and the older breakfast lady at the front desk. Disgusting place to say the least. Starve if go to this hotel.

Booked 3 triple rooms we had to complain about an homeless man outside our bedroom door singing reception guy was helpful and rang the police but it took them over half an hour to remove him at midnight..then our first floor room found a bed bug on the wall we went back down to reception and was given another room on second floor but the young member of our family was scared and refused to stay in this hotel so family had to come over from Sweden as this was now 1am to collect them we did get a refund in the morning for the one room we had no issues with the other two rooms and breakfast was ok for the price really feel if the bed bug situation was sorted this would be a good choice for your stay

Overall we had no issues with our stay. The location is great, and the baggage holding facility was really useful. Overall the hotel looks a little tired and in need of some updating, but this is reflected in the price. Definitely value for money. Only issues we had were an early morning, unexpected visit from the cleaning team. No harm done, and lots of apologies.

Property for the price point is fantastic, lady on reception was lovely, there room was good and had what you needed for a one night visit, bathrooms (although they were shared) were clean and just you standard facilities what is suitable for anyone, fantastic location with a 7/11 just a few doors down and trains station as well

This hotel has dorm room or hostel vibes. Very old carpets and mildew in the washrooms. Barely passable for a one night layover. The only thing going for it was that it was right across the street from the train station. The breakfast was surprisingly decent.

Leave the cat at home!
I thought the room a little small, no chance to swing a cat. Otherwise I have no complaints. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the hotel was very handy for the station, Tivoli and central Copenhagen. I would book the hotel on any subsequent visit.

The service was the worst, they did not make up the room, there was bug in the bed and I showed to the staff the pictures of the bug they ignored. There was no even water kettle, the toilet was far away and the room was very noisy. This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed.

The staff were so friendly. We got there before check in time and they let us store our bags so we could go walk around. It’s right next to central station which is so convenient!
