The hotel is well-kept, rooms are clean and more spacious than other Confort hotel locations. Breakfast buffet was good and we appreciated the non-pork options. However, it is ridiculously expensive for that classification of hotel. We were surprised by the bill, when we booked it the total price we saw was under $200, but we received a much higher bill, we are still looking into that. So double check for hidden fees. But it is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the train station, very busy street which has pros and cons, for example, we found a very nice near by restaurant.

Positives: 1. Early check in. 2. Close to central station. 3. Staff were fluent in English, and seemed nice enough. Negatives: 1. Smokers congregate in doorway (disgusting smell). 2. Emptying bath flooded bathroom floor (if that was intentional then it's a stupid system). 3. No late check out without payment. 4. No kettle in room, and hot drinks chargeable from reception. A budget stay, but not at a budget price. My next trip to Copenhagen is already booked, and I'm staying elsewhere.

Nice hotel in Copenhagen, walking distance to Central Station, supermarkets and restaurants near by. Room was very small, barely had space for us we had to leave the luggage in the ground and walking over it. Staff is excellent, provided all our needs, breakfast was wonderfull.

Conveniently located hotel close to the train station and city centre, walkable to all landmarks. Great breakfast options including gluten free and dairy free options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Copenhagen!

We loved the location, property and the staff was excellent! The breakfast was phenomenal! It is an active hotel with many leisure travelers. The front desk team does an amazing job of handling many tasks while busy. Charlotte, Gillie and Albin? Were especially helpful with the many questions I asked. I Requested a quiet room and was given a quiet room which I really appreciated. It was a bonus to learn they have laundry facilities, 10a-8p I think, which was extremely helpful with our travel plans. The Strawberry Hotels group does a great job with their properties to provide nice services and amenities without being an expensive hotel.

It does the job. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Only wished the bathroom was a bit more renovated/clean. It feels like they renovated the lobby and the room, but forgot about the hallway/elevators and the bathroom. You can spot stains around the bathroom. Otherwise, if you are just looking for a place to stay, no complaints!
