We first stayed for three nights and then returned two weeks later for four. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced in comparison to everything around there. The neighborhood was quiet with great access to Rosenborg Castle its park and all the walking street has to offer. Lots of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk from the metro, 8-10 minutes but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

You get what you pay for - basic facilities in an old hotel which is currently being refurbished. Room needs modernising with a new bathroom as a bit tired. Beds were comfy and clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful, breakfast ok, walking distance to centre.

Very friendly staff, great location. Comfortable room, good shower. Nice to have coffee available all day, and complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff who were always offering up the umbrellas or making sure we were aware of the free coffee, tea, and the social hour with free wine. The room was clean and overall comfortable. A little bit noisy but convenient location for public transit and sightseeing.

They were remodeling during my stay, so noise during the day but perfect location with convenient access to transportation and could walk to every part of the city easily so the noise rarely affected me since you could stay out all day easily

Great value for a Copehagen hotel. Excellent breakfast. Free glass of wine every day at 5pm! Close to many good restaurants. Close to tow different metro stops. Close to Rosenborg Slot and garden which are must sees in Copenhagen.

I booked a room with one queen (or whatever size is equivalent) bed and got a room with two small twin beds. That was my only downside, that we were in a different room than I booked. Staff were great, espresso machine was good, but they didn’t replenish the milk in it to make latte or cappuccino. We stored our luggage in a locked room when we arrived before checkin time. I would stay again even though I didn’t have the room I booked.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient to take trains and metros. However, the room where I stayed needs refurbishment, especially the bathroom. I stayed at other basic hotels in Europe but their bathrooms were simple and much cleaner.
