Great long-weekend break
Very enjoyable long-weekend stay at this conveniently-located hotel - all attractions within a 30 min walk (or less via metro/subway). Staff very friendly and professional. Room basic but clean. Breakfast expensive but enjoyable and eco-friendly. Cozy hour very welcome and a great way to start every evening. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, well deserving of the high praise reviews. Staff was professional and kind, rooms were clean, and the best part was the communal space in the lobby where they hosted a happy hour every night from 4-7 with your choice of a free drink. Great hotel will stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, relaxed and stylish. Great location, staff are excellent and it is really clean. The complementary drinks in the afternoon are a lovely touch and we loved playing chess by the fire. Slight negative is that the breakfast area gets quite busy and it feels a little cramped in there. I would have also like more options of fresh fruit, berries and nuts, kefir etc. We would definitely return though, thank you.

We stayed here after our cruise, from October 13th to 17th. This is an outstanding property! The room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed and pillows, lovely chair to sit in by the window, large TV, lots of cupboard space, and a large bathroom with a great shower. We made use of the breakfast in the main floor room. Great food, lots of options, wonderful start to the day. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and couldnt do enough for us! From the young man who checked us in (small fee for early check in - well worth it), to the front desk staff who always had the answer to any of our questions, the breakfast staff who stated our days brightly, and the room staff who kept our room spotless. A credit to the hotel, excellent people! The hotel is in a great location, a little off the beaten path, so its quiet. About a 20 minute walk to the main city centre and shopping. No dining room but lits of options in the area recommended by hotel staff. A great place to stay in Copenhagen!

Overall a great hotel to stay if you are not travelling with kids or if you have a lot of luggages. The lobby entrance has a stairs to climb up and you need to carry the luggage up as they don’t have anyone to help you out with it. Houkeeping does the basic cleaning which is good enough. They also have happy hour everyday for the guests to enjoy.
