Terrific hotel with a great staff and excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommended it to anyone traveling to Copenhagen.

Nice staff and room was clean and bed comfy. Food was fine but a bit pricey. I think it would have been nice to have free coffee in AM and free water in the room. Not many amenities for the price.

The minute you walked in the hotel you felt you were in a very unique hotel. Beautifully designed down to the last detail. Room was spacious and bathroom again beautifully designed. One constructive criticism I would make is when ordering from the bar I would recommend that the bar person not leave guest waiting without saying “I am just fixing a few drinks and once finished I will be right with you.” Not leave guest hanging.

Chic and beautiful hotel
The hotel is lovely and super chic. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t offer even a coffee free of charge in the morning. The hotel isn’t cheap; so I think small details like a coffee bar in the morning would mean a lot to the customer

The room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and the size was perfect, not cramped. The rooftop honor bar was a delightful addition as were the bicycles out front. It was a perfect stay for our 3 days in copenhagen as first time visitors.

An oasis in the midst of busy, touristy Copenhagen. Our room was spacious and quiet. The linens and comforters were soft and luxurious. The bathroom had the best amenity - heated floors! The AC was not working properly but the maintenance staff resolved it quickly. Sunsets at the rooftop honor bar were a treat. They had complimentary umbrellas which came in handy on the 1 rainy day. Hotel location is perfect - close to many attractions and public transit yet in a quiet street. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
