If you are staying here and are a light sleeper please ask for a room facing away from the metro. Although it is very good for going to the airport I struggled to sleep the 1st night I was there because of the noise of the metro. I requested a room facing away for my 2nd night and it was a million times better.

Good outside of the core hotel
Rooms are okay, just could use a coat of fresh paint. Pool is beautiful but freezing and the hot tub doesn't work.... Hotel is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and is right beside the metro.

The hotel was very basic. My queen size bed was two twin beds pushed together with a topper over it. The hotel Staff wasn’t polite, not actually rude. Staff was just not friendly & didn’t provide any information. Staff said nothing about breakfast, nothing about the WIFI, nothing about the pool or the gym, and gave NO information about what the surrounding area had to offer. I had to ask around to the other hotel guests tofind out about the area.

I picked this hotel as 2 stops fm airport on metro and I have to take train to Sweden in the morning. The meteo was so close to hotel it was all I heard all night and it runs through very frequently (felt like every 5 mins) and I had very little sleep. I’m a light sleeper and it might work for others. Unfortunately I’ve booked here again so will have to see if they can give me a room on the other side of hotel

Just a very dingy unpleasant hotel. There is an air of must throughout. I would not recommend it. On top of that, our toilet immediately broke when we got there. Fortunately they swapped our room, so it wasn’t much of a hassle. Also, no ice machine.

Great location right next to the Metro with train every 4 to 5 minutes into the centre of Copenhagen. But issues with room service (tea coffee not replaced had to ask each day), bed sheets dirty, large stains on carpet. Door keys not working extractor in bathroom not working

The front desk staff was very rude, he purposely didn't open the gate few times for our car to get out of parking lot during our stay, while he knew we were there for a week and we had parking card validated.

It has a mini supermarket across the street and is only 50 meters away from the metro transit station which is extremely convenient to go to airport as well as city Center. Room is showing its age and can use some renoclvation.

LOVED this amazing hotel. Beautiful pool, buffet and the best price for location 1 min walk to Metro. Direct back and forth to airport. Highly recommended. I travel ALOT and am very picky. This place wins me over.
