Staff were friendly and property has a great location.our first room had no water pressure in the shower and barely had heat or ac. They moved us to another room after I mentioned the street noise. The new room had a leaky toilet and not refrigerator, I asked about the missing frig and was told when the break you don’t get a new one. All in all I would rate the experience as average, but we stayed due to the location and some of the helpful friendly staff

Staff was very friendly. I was allowed to check in early without paying an additional fee. Breakfast was delicious and was included with the room. Location was excellent because it was in the center of every place I wanted to see and be able to walk to.

Great location near Nyhavn, Amalienborg Castle, Marble Church and other tourist sites. Excellent included breakfast and helpful staff. Lobby, elevators servicable but not elaborate. As of early October 2024 hotel is undergoing renovations and rooms and public areas do need refreshing. Reasonably priced for the area. May cost more after remodel.

The hotel is in the midst of renovations, but they did everything they could not to inconvenience guests. The place is a bit worn, so the renovation is much needed.

We stayed at Scandic Kødbyen the last time we were in Copenhagen and it blew us away. This time we were in town for a 24hr layover and wanted to be more in the center so we chose Scandic Front and our room left much to be desired. The room was very small and needed a lot of paint retouching. If we were staying longer I would have asked to move but since it was only 1 night and the marathon was the next day I'm sure the hotel was fully booked. Might try again next time or at a different Scandic hotel. The staff is lovely though and checking in/out was very easy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious

Stayed here on a 20-hour layover and didn't want to stay near the airport. Great property in an ideal location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the canal and all the eateries there. Short walk to the metro station making for a quick trip to the airport and much cheaper than a cab. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were very helpful at checkin. Room clean but tired particularly the shower room. Hotel being refurbished so I think this is being addressed. Breakfast dining area equally tired but the buffet was fine. Location excellent and right next to bus to central station

The property was convenient and walkable from the Metro. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bar did not appear open in the evenings and our room was a little 'tired' This could be due to the hotel currently being refurbished. This was the only reason giving a good rating rather than excellent

The hotel has a great location close to all historic places and tourist attractions. My room was excellent with a partial view of the harbor and a huge balcony. Awesome inclusive breakfast buffet. The hotel is currently going through renovations, do it's a little dated but promising to be even better in a few months. Strongly recommend.

The staff was incredible. Super friendly and helpful. The breakfast included each morning was some of the best food we had the whole 6 days. We used their laundry service and it was expensive but incredibly convenient and great quality. The location is one block away from the best street in Copenhagen. The overall facility definitely needs a lot of work and modernization. It looked and smelled very old and damp. However, it was a great price especially with the included breakfast / coffee. If you do plan to stay here, it’s because it’s a great price and you only plan to sleep and eat breakfast there. The rest of the time should be spent outside of the hotel

The property is located perfectly to access anywhere you want to go. Hop on hop off bus right there as well as public transport. Rooms a nice, breakfast is spectacular and team at the hotel were very friendly and helpful
