Dear Saija. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am really glad you liked our breakfast buffet and that all staff spoke English. I apologize that there was issues in the pool area. I will have someone look into it. Thank you for making us aware. I also apologize that the pool was too cold for you and for the long wait and misunderstanding regarding the one dessert. Hi Robert. Thank you for your feedback. If our guests wants cleaning done in their rooms during their stay, they have to ask for it themselves. We have had many guests who didn't want our cleaning crew to enter their rooms so now all guests has to request cleaning in the reception the day if before they need it if they wish to have their rooms cleaned. I apologize that this arrangement didn't meet your expectations. I hope you still had a good stay and that we get to welcome you back again another time. Have a wonderful day.
