Good hotel and a great location for Tivoli Gardens. Swimming pool was great. Rooms were small with a lack of storage space. No privacy in the bathrooms. Overall a nice hotel but overpriced.

The stay was overall good, but I found it annoying that the staff was not informed about silver membership benefits if you book your stay through Hotels.com and have a silver membership there. In this case I could get 20% off when buying food or drinks (one time during the stay).
