Really great room and very practical. Very clean throughout. Only comment I would make the room was quite warm and bed/mattress too soft which made it difficult to sleep.

We should take train to the centre but it is convenient to go everywhere. Staffs are polite and helpful, room is clean and new renovation, the bed is very comfortable. There is a big supermarket close to hotel and it opens early, very good.

There are a lot of apartments being built nearby. A lot of construction debris outside. Inside is fine. New and clean. Rooms are small but that was expected. No in room coffee and cups for water.

The staff was amazing!! They were always trying to help in any way they could. The hotel is clean. You do get what you pay for though. Small shower and no way to connect your phone or fire stick to the TV. But it’s a quick walk to Fields shopping center and across that is the train, metro and an amazing little bakery. There are several fast food places. But the best part is if you are going to an event at the Royal Arena you are right next door

We were happy with the cleanliness of this hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. We were only there one day but loved the fact that we could walk to the huge indoor mall just down the street.

Room was uncomfortably hot, we had seen in a previous response to a review on here that they offered fans at reception free of charge to combat this. So, on our second night after a sleepless first night I enquired with reception about getting a fan for our room. Woman on reception (not really a reception was the bar) informed me that they in fact did not have any fans and suggested I just open the window. I told her we had done this and she said she’d come up to the room with me to see how hot it was. I felt this was a little insulting that she felt the need to check herself as what exactly was she checking for when she had told me they didn’t have anything to help. She told me the room was the ‘normal temperature’ and there was nothing they could do but if she got time she’d ask her manager if there was anything they could do. My partner then went down about an hour later and asked if there was an update. He was shooed away and told they were “too busy” to deal with him. He returned a few more hours later and this time showed them their own statement saying they had fans available at reception and this time he was told that “they probably did but…” insinuating that they just couldn’t be bothered to go and get one for us. Instead they continued serving alcohol to the already very drunk crowd in the main lobby who then proceeded to become verbally abusive to my partner. Nothing was done about the abuse as there was only 1 lone female staff member to tend to the entire lobby.
