The room is definitely outdated, and the TV didnt work. Great staff though, and Cracker Barrel is only a short walk. The place needs an upgrade and please fix the TVs

The lady's at the desk were awesome. The TV system stinks and the ladies came t the room and fixed it TWICE. Having Cracker Barrel next door is a super big assest for the hotel. the rooms are starting to show some wear and tear. Overall I had a good visit.

On Sunday morning right after breakfast my family and another older couple was waiting on the elevator and one of the housekeepers had came out of the housekeeping room and she would not let us on the elevator and when the older man hit the but button she yelled what the fxck twice. She was very vulgar.
