A Jewel of Spanish hospitality!
From my check in, where the wonderful Jessica managed to get a handicap room for me (even though my reservation had not alerted hotel to this need) to multiple volunteers from the staff who escorted me to various nearby destinations —in this most ancient part of Cordoba—I was met with courtesy,professionalism, and competence. And the hotel itself is one of Spain ‘s hidden jewels, likewise the restaurants: many, many choices and the best food (including breakfast) Ihad inn Spain! Regarding the design, my room was perfect, but I’d make two suggestions : the reception desk doesn’t really work as designed (if more than 2 guests need help, or arrive for check in) and the horrible, much too low, black velvet sofas in the waiting area are the the 1930s: out!

Beautiful hotel with Excellent Staff and Service
First time staying at this hotel and loved everything about it. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The staff deserve special mention as they are excellent- from the moment you enter this hotel and are greeted by reception personnel you know your stay is going to be special. We entered our suite to find a bottle of Cava, water and some fruits and each day of our stay we found that the staff had put chocolates and water in our room. This hotel is truly 5 star from the rooms to the staff. It is one hotel that does not disappoint.

Charming, nicely redone hotel to stay in Cordoba within easy walking distance to shops, and dining. If you have a rental car you can drive up to the hotel to leave your luggage and they will park the car for you since parking is not very accessible in that area. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Friendly staff and a really cool underground Roman ruin that we were able to tour inside the hotel. The rooms are really nice and the beds are very comfortable. I Would definitely stay here again if I visit Cordova in the future.
