Great staff. However, no daily room service. I stayed three nights. Restaurant food sub-par. Cannot bill to room either? Air conditioning unit very load and hard to control. Lighting in room too dark.

Front desk staff and check in was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot desperately needs paving and it is not well lit. If you have mobility issues, i would not suggest staying here.

When I booked it stated there was a pool and hot tub. When we checked in she stated there was none so that was disappointing. Also it said check in was 3:00 on my itinerary and when we got there she told us it wasn’t until 4:00, so we had to take out luggage back out and leave again. It said a city view but it was barely city view, mostly just trees. Bathroom was also not clean, hunt in around the cracks of the sink and around counter top. Was not happy with our stay! It was not worth the $188 I paid.

Highly recommend Quality Inn !! Quick ck in, clean, comfortable rooms, and a very cozy bed. Love dining at the restaurant which provides a beautiful view of the city .

It advertised newly renovated but what we saw wete old fixtures, couch that should be thrown out, sheets that actually fit the bed door that shut properly instead of scrubbing and drywall tape coming off the ceiling

Hotel exceeded expectations and room was great and view was unreal...but sheets did not fit the bed and came off during the night....also remember there is no elevator in the hotel so you need to carry your luggage upstairs.
