A perfect escape for families or friends, sitting on a private, wooded acre with a creek to enjoy from the backyard. A short drive from art destinations Storm King and Dia:Beacon, and under 10 miles from West Point. Outdoor lovers are surrounded by state parks and hiking trails, including one at the top of our street with expansive views of Storm King and Hudson Valley.

The expansive back deck is perfect for entertaining or unwinding, equipped with a hammock, Adirondack chairs, gas grill with side burner, and a cozy fire pit. Enjoy the newly installed hot tub year-round—whether it’s a crisp winter night or a breezy fall morning, relaxation is always on the agenda. From the deck, you’ll be surrounded by towering trees, chirping birds, and the calming sounds of nature.

Inside, the home offers a warm, rustic charm with exposed beams and one-of-a-kind handmade wooden furniture. Modern amenities include:

Fully-stocked eat-in kitchen with new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, premium cookware, and a 14-cup Cuisinart Coffee Maker, grinder, and Bialetti for espresso lovers (we’ve got coffee beans ready for you!). Danish wood-burning fireplace in the common area to keep things cozy in winter.

Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows, sports, and movies. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has a chaise sectional sofa by the fireplace, perfect for lounging. Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Cover the fire pit with protective cover, we’d ask that the backyard looks the same as it did at check-in. Make sure grill has been cleaned and propane is off, if used.

Leave towels on the bathroom floors. Make sure hot tub is covered, if used.

Collect trash and dispose of it in the black garbage bin outside. All trash must be in a trash bag in outside bin. All recycling goes directly into blue bin outside without a trash bag.
