We loved this hotel. We were there for three days for business. Check-in was easy and staff friendly. Our room was very large and bed was comfy. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect with lots of free street parking. It’s tucked in a quiet street but just a block from the main downtown core with lots of shops, restaurants and an awesome theater where we watched “The Importance of Beinf Earnest” (it was fantastic). It’s also very close to the boarwalk and the beach. And because we were visiting clients, it was 20 mins driving to most places we needed to get to. It truly was a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

The young women that helped me at the desk and dining room were just awesome. So polite and friendly. Rooms were so lovely and clean. The neighborhood was within 4 min walk to The Hotel Del, restaurants, great coffee and shops. Homes in the area are just beautiful. Very fun to walk the whole area.

Loved our stay here! Check in was easy. Underground parking is available for $30 or free street parking (be sure to read street signs when parking). Happy hour from 4-5 with wine, beer, and lemonade offered. They also have a rotating snack that was nice and light. Cookies were in our room as a welcome present. Room was clean. Rooms closest to street may be slightly noisy if people are talking outside of the hotel but nothing that was bothersome. Quiet hours from 8pm-8am. Breakfast served from 8-9:30. Breakfast also has a rotating option, with mimosas, juices or coffee. Staff was friendly and made sure to ask if there were any allergies so they could try to accommodate you. Lodge is a block from the main street in town. Very close to some good places to eat. Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

1. Well kept small property with very limited service. Generally good staff. However, one of the staff member, Carla, was very nasty and rude when requested a day in advance for 30 min extra stay from 11 am to 1130 am check out. She veryvrudely said if you stay a minute extra, I will charge you. She simply ruined our stay. 2. At the time of booking, property was displayed fully refundable and with breakfast. However, when we received confirmation, it indicated non-refundable and 'No breakfast'. It was a misrepresentated and will find hard to trust them next time.

The property was nice, however the manager was horrible! I booked & paid for the reservation for ourselves & friends. When we arrived our friends were given a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room while we were given probably the worst room at the lodge. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she absolutely refused to compensate us any way & simply said your friends were lucky. In my opinion this policy is completely inappropriate & her attitude was unbelievably rude! I will never return!

Lovely hotel and staff. Great location. Good breakfast and enjoy the happy hour snacks too. The bed was very comfortable. The room needed one maintenance thing taken care of and staff were on top of it. We have stayed here before and will do so in the future again.

The room was large, craftsman style and well-maintained. It was well-appointed with a huge jacuzzi bathtub, nice big shower and separate sitting area. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful and quiet. We did the happy hour one evening near their fountain which was nice. It came with a snack plate of mixed nuts, club crackers and dip and grapes. The one thing that was surprisingly substandard given how wonderful the Lodge is is their breakfast. My experience in B&B's is that most strive to provide a breakfast that is at least somewhat nice. Unfortunately the Lodge's were barely edible. The first morning it was a soggy, tasteless egg bake containing mostly chewy, soggy hash browns. The second morning was two small soggy pancakes and a lemon bar. We skipped the breakfast the third morning. Overall, it is a great place.
