It was good.
Stayed here for a family trip. The location is great. Staff was awesome. The hotel has normal wear and tear like any coastal hotel.

The property is old. The bath tubs are rusted, doors and baseboards rusted and painted over. Housekeeping is average. There was a dirty wet towel around the shower head that was left behind by a prior guest. Property needs updating.

I stayed for 7 nights. It was very convenient to Padre Island. The hotel is in good condition. I esp appreciated the Washer/Dryer on the 2nd floor. That made it easy for my long stay.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Unit was very worn, definitely not like the pictures. Not very clean at all. Staff was excellent and very nice. We came off season and did not pay for parking, but they said during peak season they charge to park your car overnight in the parking lot. Breakfast was ok.

Okay location
A fly was buzzing around the room before I entered, and the bed linen was not very clean; I noticed a couple of hairs on it. Additionally, the patio door was not properly secured, which could allow bugs to enter the room. The drywall was also peeling.

They put us in a room that was in no condition to be rented. The window shade would not come down so local business lights shined in our faces all night. The couch had a 2 ft rim in it. The bathroom sink would not drain and there was an orange substance on the bathroom tub below the valves.
