The property location is good, but the property itself is not that great for the price. The floors in the room were not mopped for decades, the quality of the sleeping sofa was terrible - one of them was torn apart inside the matrass. Breakfast was mediocre. There is nothing close to the hotel where you can eat after 9pm. Most restaurants were closed at 9PM on Friday! A lot of people and families with kids were looking for place to eat and it was only one place opened at that time, and it was packed and the waiting time was between 45-60 minutes. You can get better service in all-inclusive resorts flying to Playa Del Carmen for 3 days for the same amount of money.

It was great!
I really enjoyed my stay at Seaside Boutique Hotel. The pool was clean and well maintained. I had a king size room. There are just a couple suggestions i would make. It would be nice to have a small entrance table as soon as you walk in to place keys, sunglasses purse etc, just something small as you enter. As well as either a floor lamp or side table as the lighting in the room was a little too bright for me. I kept the curtains open to enjoy view and natural light. I loved the bathroom lighting options. I would put in a shelf in shower for additional hygiene products as well as another hook to hang damp items. Overall a great experience and i will be returning!

The bathroom toiletries weren't replenished at the time of our check in, so that waa not great but they where extremely accommodating with the late check out request. Great location as the property was just outside of the beach area.

this hotel looks and feels new; very comfortable room, very quiet and only a 200 yard walk to the beautiful beach! Nancy the manager is extremely nice and very professional. Amazing price for a hotel ON the beach!

No service, so you are on your own.
No front desk help upon check in at 6pm, had to call a phone number to retrieve my key under a mat. Was told to return after 8pm for more info after their lunch. No one answered the Ring bell late at night. No WIFI, no functional TV without internet connection.

Phenomenal service everyone is friendly and helpful! You can literally walk to the beach in 2 minutes! The pool was crystal clear and warm! Nancy did an amazing job of making us feel at home! We will definitely be staying there again soon!!!

The management and staff acted as if this place was an extention of thier own home. Warm welcome, always checking in to how they could help. Very informative about the area. On paper this property checked all the boxes and the pictures looked really inviting. Also the location in walking distance to the beach made it attractive. However, it does not offer the value its promises for the price. The property is outdated, unclean and in need of maintenance and repairs. There is no 24 hours front desk service. The internet service is unreliable, especially in the evenings: suddenly there was no internet . Also, the TV had no channels. The rooms are extremely small and the floors are dirty. The bathroom shower and mirror are broken , making it a safety hazard not only for children.The breakfast, which was included was inedible :potatoes were rock solid , the eggs burnt and the coffee watery. Hope the facility will receive a management team , who can turn this property around since the location of the property is perfect especially for families with small children because of its close proximity to the beach ( walking distance).

The rooms was not clean when advice the manager he move us to another one with no hot water when address the issue to the day manager acted as is they were doing us a favor for moving us back to the original room that has been clean not worth the money
