Jacklyn was amazing. She greeted me before I even got to the desk. Very friendly, very professional. You need more staff like that. Last night I asked for a towel when she came out from the back of the room she never even greeted me or even said have a good day or anything she was some girl that had short hair. There was a couple issues with the room, but I told Jacqueline about it so we wouldn’t get charged look like someone was mad and slammed the door open and the behind the door was damaged. This is the second time the hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment because that’s one of the reasons why we chose the hotel.

The light in the bathroom flickered. Pool area lights were never on and the hot tub didn't work. There were very loud customers the four nights we stayed. No tub, just a shower and no USB plugs.

Extremely disappointed
The room was filthy and had a terrible smell. The shower had mold all the way around the toilet had some awful rust stains and the floor was extremely dirty. The beds sheets had stains on them. None of the cardio machines worked. The front girl Jasmine was nice. I will never visit here again. I was booked and payed for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night.

3 day stay…came in Thursday afternoon …left Sunday afternoon…no house keeping service at all during the 3 days…had to go get towels from front desk…no trash pickup…beds were extremely hard…one other party of two that was traveling with us…left after one night to go to another hotel…I never stayed at this hotel and probably won’t come back again…just wanted to let people know what to expect..

Front desk attendant was very rude. The initial room assigned had a leak from the bathroom ceiling creating a puddle. Tried calling front desk multiple times but no response, when I walked down to the front desk she was on FaceTime and had an attitude when I told her about the leak, another room was assigned and this one had a urine stench lingering and bathroom was dirty with brown stains on the walls. Called the front attendant again to cancel my stay the rest of week due to the conditions of the rooms, no response until I used another phone w/out my callerID and when I asking politely for a confirmation receipt sent to email she hung up mid question.

I have stayed here before. The staff have always been great both times. This time I was able to check in early because I had had a dental surgery earlier in day. I was very disappointed because the hot tub was broken. I was told from couple of staff it had been broken for quite sometime. I live hr away from here so this was supposed to be my recovery mini vacation which I was looking forward to. They need to remove hot tub from amenities or place a notice that it’s not working. I choosed this hotel because I stayed before and for hot tub. I’ll probably stay again but will call beforehand next time

Unfortunately the room smelled like a kitty litter box. The walls were dirty along with the shower. I asked for another room the front desk associate Brianna was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the 2nd room wasn’t any better. I immediately checked out. Brianna was very understanding and I was able to speak with management in the morning who were very understanding as well. The hotel wasn’t clean but the staff were nice.
