What a beautiful old gastropub and rooms , the welcome on arrival was just lovely by a lovely lady with a lovely black bob hairstyle she went out of her way to welcome us, the rooms are a few steps through the garden at the back of property and very comfortable with beautiful bathrooms. We ate dinner here also, where the same lady took time out to come and chat briefly and make sure we had all we needed. Great food and an unexpectedly wonderful cosmopolitan cocktail would definitely stay again- couple of firmer pillows needed is the only thing I’d change ! X

Excellent property and excellent staff. Parking spaces can be a little limited during the weekend days we were there due to the Boulles club using them but you can then park around the back. The breakfast included was good and we ate in the restaurant (bar area as we had a dog) and all good. Make sure if you are bringing a dog you phone well in advance to tell them as only a certain number of rooms are pet friendly (in the outer building) and they charge £15 per night extra for bringing a pet.

Fantasic value for money and a beautiful restuarant, food was freshly cooked. Acommodation was very good every little thing was thought of and only down the road from bath. Excellent for parking. Would definitely reccommend.

The Northey Arms was a very pleasant stay for my wife and I. The team were very accommodating, we arrived early and allowed us access to the room and even allowed late checkout. The room itself was spacious clean and had a very nice bathroom. The restaurant was nice and clean and looked like a very nice pub to spend time in. We had breakfast which was very tasty and well presented. The choice of breakfast items being very good. I would definitely stay at The Northey Arms again!

Nice hotel with good restaurant close to Bath

Room was a bit on the small side but very comfortable. Good bathroom but needed larger shower tray as water went all over the room. Also no effective extractor fan. Good restaurant and really great staff. Close to Bath with a bus stop outside. Recommended.
