The room was very spacious & the beds were comfortable. It felt older but clean. We were frustrated by the lack of a Jacuzzi. It was ribboned off & front desk kept saying it would be fixed that day, and it never was. The pool was large for a hotel and clean.

Hotel location is convenient to freeway and shopping. Lobby is VERY small and low key. Lobby staff was one of the worst we've met. Franco was unprofessional, uninformative, and hardly explained anything. He did tell us that there is no hot water. He could not tell us if anything was being done to fix the problem, nor any expected time it may be fixed. No solution nor apologies either. We ended no hot water for the night until next morning. Very frustrated. Room was very spacious. But A/C unit was noisy, especially when it turns on/off during the middle of the night. Room door and windows are facing the corridor where many ppl walking by. We did not feel there's privacy when sitting in the living/kitchen area unless the window blinds are totally closed.

I didn’t like one staff member who was b look among me for another groups glass cup near the pool 20 ft away that was left by somebody else cuz I had my plastic cup he was taking photos and being rude but other then that great

The kids LOVED the hotel, it was comfortable and quiet. The pool was clean and nice to swim in. Plenty of towels and the rooms were spacious and clean. Little outdated for the carpet and the fridge was leaking water inside but overall really nice. Definitely coming back. Only problem is only one parking pass per room.

The furniture was dirty and well used and I was not impressed with no USB ports in any rooms. Light switches in bedroom had to be turned on for the outlets to work, No notification that this was required and therefore electronics did not recharge.
