Not Ready Room
When i arrived, my room was not cleaned from the previous person. It was shocking because e weren't sure if someone was still in there. Dana had a difficult time find another room for me. Then as I was about to leave in the morning, I was told I had to move to my original room. Very inconvenient for me and my g/daughter with a 1 yr old baby. I liked the room, 109, very much one I got settled. Most of the times i returned to the hotel there was no one at the front desk and no one came out to greet me. Other than that, I like your hotel and will come again. I asked if I could receive a discount for my inconvenience but it wasn't given.

Terrible experience. We had a terrible experience with booking and would have cancelled if we could have gotten our money back. Our hotel was right next to plumbing wall for washer/dryer room. We were kept awake all night long with loud sounds. Breakfast was poorly staffed, empty containers and no place to sit. We won't be back.

Good place to visit especially for athletic event at the college. Looks from the front are less than attractive but the rooms are large and clean. Very impressive with lots of amenities. Will stay again.
