Good Night's Rest in Albany
The Phoenix Inn is easy to get to on and off the I-5 freeway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I enjoyed the hot breakfast the next morning. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. My only complaint is that the pillows were all the same. You couldn't find one softer or thinner. Next time I'll bring my pillow from home.

This property is pretty dated and in the same parking lot as an “adult store,” as announced by a VERY large sign outside. We saw two girls in a van in the parking lot smoking something in a glass pipe as we left for dinner. The walls are pretty thin; we were awakened by the squeaky bed in the room above us in the middle of the night. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was clean and well-maintained for its age.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay.
The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They checked us right in when we arrived, gave us some good advice on what to see in the area and good places to eat. The room was very spacious and very clean. We slept like babys on the wonderful mattress. They had a nice counter with a coffee maker and refrigerator below. Couldn't ask for more when traveling in this area.
