Has clearly been renovated very recently. New floors, paint, shower, rest of bathroom. Furniture was a bit older and a little beat up, but not an issue. Overall, nice clean, basic room. Was perfect for an quick overnight stay for a football game in Corvallis.

No hot/ warm water. Property management informed of issue and stated too many guests were taking shower at the same time. No change in issue even later in the evening or early in the morning. Property management stated because accomodation booked via third party online, no monetary compensation is possible. Third party states, because pay on arrival was the booking option, they cannot provide compensation.

This was an adequate accommodation for a guy just looking for an affordable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower wouldn’t get as hot as I like but at least it wasn’t only warm. I stayed 2 night and it was nice enough for a guy traveling alone.

It wasn't quite the safest parking lot for disabled. Not staffs fault. Everyting that was new inside the re ently refurbished rooms was clean and bright, not yet decorated.

The staff were excellent. Great attitude and helpful. There were things like the smoke detector was hang from wall, shower head flopping around and toilet seat broken. Exterior... stairs out side our 1st floor room was falling down, pillers on entry way to office cracked badly and leaning. Worst dog area ever. I do not recommend this place.

Check in was (nice person) efficient. Didn’t really use the bathroom….toilet seat was not securely attached, no toiletries & was obviously not cleaned after the previous occupants. Didn’t really explore the neighborhood or Albany.
