This old stable renovated in 2021 has combined modernity and old-world charm (floor tiles, beams, bread oven, etc.).
The cottage opens onto a large, bright living room of 55m² with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), large dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also consists of a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom with adapted shower and toilet.

You will be charmed by the room dedicated to well-being with a wood stove for a warm atmosphere: 2-seater reclining whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day). At your disposal in a private way during your stay.

Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms (one with a double bed 160x200cm, the other with two beds 90x200cm that can be put together or not), a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink unit, and a separate toilet.

The upper floor is accessible by a spiral staircase (which can be a little steep for some).

Enjoy the enclosed garden without vis-à-vis with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, swings, molky, pétanque court with pétanque balls, badminton set.

With this cottage near Angers, you will be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards of Anjou and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and Azay le Rideau Castle are less than an hour away. For family activities, join the Terra Botanica park and the Anjou Aventure park in 15 minutes or the Zoo de la Flèche in 30 minutes.

5km from the cottage, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir with its equipped beach, picnic tables, games for children, guinguette, and possibility of fishing, ... (supervised swimming in July-August).
