"Wir sind um 14:05 eigetroffen und wurden nicht reingelassen. Andere Gäste sagten, dass die Rezeption geschlossen sei, da gerade „siesta“ gemacht wird. Nachdem man bei einer Zentrale der Hotelkette angerufen hat, wurde das Hotel in Messina kontaktiert, woraufhin uns die Tür geöffnet wurde. Der Versuch einzuchecken hat jedoch weiterhin nicht geklappt, da die Suche nach einer offenen Rezeption vergeblich war. Nach einiger Wartezeit kam die Angestellte endlich runter. Im Zimmer angekommen haben wir fast keine Ähnlichkeit zu den Bildern online vernommen. Ob dies im ganzen Hotel so ist, können wir nicht beurteilen. Um die Küche zu nutzen muss man einen 20€ Aufpreis zahlen, jedoch frage ich mich wie die Personen, die sich dazu entscheiden hier zu kochen, dies tun sollen, da es kein Besteck, Töpfe etc. gibt. Der Boden im Badezimmer war nass und die Toilette nicht besonders gut gereinigt. Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen stark untertroffen. Es war keine Katastrophe, aber sicherlich keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. "
