Rather easy access to get to...clean room...comfy bed. Each roll of TP had a folded TP paper flower placed on top ...a nice touch....rather unique. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold offerings, but average in quality. Plenty of seating to choose from.

We had a very nice room! The bed was comfortable and every thing was tidy and clean. I was disappointed the elevator was out of service!! That was very hard on me. I have a bad right knee and back problems. Thank you for asking.

It was disappointing because I paid $200 a night… the pictures are misleading because the rooms are very worn out, the bathroom needs to be replaced plus it had a small amount of ants hanging out in the corner of the bathroom not enough to be awful but just enough to be noticed. the room was clean, I can’t say that enough. there’s many housekeepers working. that was not the issue; the issue is it simply needs to be refurbished on the inside. exteriorly it is cute. it’s in a good area everything’s walkable and close to the water. The place has a lot of potential but left me underwhelmed.

Property was pretty clean and nice. The issue we had at this Ramada Inn was that we spent 6 days there but we had to take the garbage out the room a couple of times because they wouldn't come and clean our room even though we requested it a couple times. We also had to go down to the cleaning/utility room and grab clean towels. They finally cleaned our room on the fourth day. Anyway, for what it's worth, this is our story.

It is almost a 5 star hotel, it is only the carpet was extremely dirty. My friend just walked without shoes for a minut and her feet got black.. it was actually a nasty moment and the seeta where dirty too

We have stayed at this hotel in the past & it was nice. Not great, but clean & comfortable. I’m not sure what has happened, but it has really gone downhill. My room was dirty & rundown, the sheets were scratchy- but not as scratchy as the old blanket on top of them. The staff were very apathetic & obviously overworked. There was a sketchy hotel party going on above my room & no one seemed to care how loud and inconsiderate they were to everyone around them. Do not stay here.
