On sunny days, the terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue will welcome you to enjoy your meals.

Upstairs:
- a large fitted kitchen with dining table for 6 people,
- 1 large living room with dining table for 8 people, connected TV and 1 2-seater sofa bed,
- a bedroom with desk + 1 double bed + 1 single bed.
- a second second bedroom communicating with the first with a bunk bed (double bed downstairs, single bed upstairs) + 1 desk
1 bathroom with shower and sink + changing table,
- 1 toilet.

1 travel cot, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub and a stroller will be available on request.

Adult and baby bed linen (sheets, duvets and pillows) is provided, as are towels.

Various amenities at your fingertips: bakery, butcher, grocery store, bar/tobacconist, hairdresser, doctor, etc.
In summer, come and enjoy the guinguette on the banks of the Yonne with its themed evenings, swimming and playground.
