The room was geeat. Comfortable and super convenient. The only issues I had were being rushed to check out and no breakfast being available. Breakfast was from 6-10am. I arrived before 9:30am and there was nothing avaliable. No cereal, muffin, nothing. I doulble checked the checkout time BEFORE returning to my room. Checkout was at 11am. A little after 10, I heard my door unlock. A lady (housekeeping) peeked inside and asked me if I checked out and I replied no. She then asked me if I was going to checkout and I replied yes. She then left. Moments later, I received a call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I replied no. She then informed me that the housekeeper told her that I wanted to extend my stay. I explained that I did not need to extend my stay. As we left the room to get on the elevator another employee asked if we were checking out. I explained that I was headed down to check out. Upon checking out, I explained my concerns and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and stated that she would be speaking with her manager. I explained that I felt extremely rushed to the point that my sister left her cell phone in the room. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

The hotel is okay, it could use an upgrade but if you need a place for the night on budget this is a go to. My son was a little mad with the pool there was a sign on the pool as well as it being locked but come to find out it was open but we found out on the last day. So not sure if it was actually open but front desk said it was.

The air conditioner STUNK, as soon as you turned it on it smelled soured & moldy, even if ran for a while so we used the ceiling fan. There was dust, dirt, paper, etc around & behind nightstand (specifically) and in bathroom, something orange had been spilled and was sticky on the front of the kitchen cabinets, and one of the queen beds made awful squeaking & screeching with even just the slightest movement. Was not a good experience, best part though was the shower had great pressure & hot temp!

We got in late and had to fly out early. This is very convenient to the airport and has a shuttle. Clean and customer service was great. Free breakfast before flying out was an added bonus. I would recommend.

We stayed the night as part of a road trip, so we did not need the shuttle services. Im sure if you were to need the shuttle services and on site parking then this hotel would be worth it. I will say that the room is we stayed in was very large and roomy. However it was so old, smelly and dirty. You can see where they have patched places on walls but did not bother to match the paint, or even remove the curtain rods when painting, just painted around them in a different shade instead. Overall the staff was very kind, but the smell in the room and the state of the property was nothing like what I had expected base upon other reviews.
