Rustic and Romantic
Lovely place, very friendly owner, we felt very welcomed, she told us the story of Bakehouse’38, we got a freshly baked bread, the rooms are all built and designed by the owners, attention to detail is amazing you can tell it all has been done with love. The rooms was very cute newly renovated but rustic. Close to town and couple of places around. Would definitely go back!

Wow!
The owners of Bakehouse 38, Shannon and Clayton are two of the friendliest and talented people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. The work they have put in to turn the Bakehouse into a B and B is nothing short of miraculous. We stayed in the Reef Room. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. All of our needs were met. The little touches like a couple of delicious home made cakes left in your room everyday and home made bread added to our wonderful stay. 10 minutes from the town of Margaret River and settled in the Margaret River wine region. Cowaramup town is quaint and friendly, a 2 minute walk from the Bakehouse. Shannon is a chef and the breakfast she served us kept us going all day. We have already booked another visit in June. We never return to a place as there are so many places to go to however, our 3 night stay here was so good we have to go back.
