I liked the house and the location a lot. It was a very beautiful property. There was only two things I didn’t enjoy. First would be the beds, I would consider them very firm. I tried all three but it seemed to be the same bed in all three rooms. I didn’t end up sweeping very well while staying here which is the reason for leaving 3 stars. The second would be the bugs that I encountered while staying here. There was two cockroaches in the bathroom, one earwig in one of the kitchen bowls that I was going to use and a very large spider in the living area window.

Very nice house
A particularly nice place to stay, but when booking we thought it had multiple bathrooms. We should have read beyond the Stayz initial description of "3 bathrooms" - since returning home I have now read the previous reviews for the first time and found Anne's explanation. She must be very frustrated by Stayz, because clearly the incorrect badging is their fault rather than hers. Lift your game Stayz: listing bathrooms vs separate toilets isn't rocket science!

Great house in great location. Expected 2 plus bathrooms but the listing was misleading. There was only one bathroom with a separate toilet plus an outside toilet.

The perfect spot for a family weekend away.
For our visit to family in Cowra The Avonleigh was the perfect accomodation. A grand entrance as we walked into the property. Three huge rooms that are superbly styled and with plenty of floor space for a travel got. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The open plan kitchen,lounge and informal dining was where we spent most of our time. The under floor heating kept us all very warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Comfortable and stylish space a short walk to town centre
This place had a lovely garden for al fresco meals and 2 chairs on the front verandah for coffee time. Spacious comfortable lounge area and big dining table perfect for board games. Comfy beds, lovely linen, stylish decor and very well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our family trip.
