We love staying here every time we come to fernie. The hotel and breakfast is AMAZING!! This was the first time we got room service and it was ICE cold. Tried countless times to call and let them know to no avail. We ordered pizza from a local place that gave us HOT pizza coming from somewhere else in the city, not the same building like our room service. Disappointed in that.. but everything else was FANTASTIC as usual.

Beautiful hotel. Upgrades are great as t room nice snd big with great beds. Individual heat control with heat pump in each room. Nice balcony to sit out on.
