Wi-Fi a No No!! Such a shame!!!
Totally ruined by the awful Wi-Fi Why does this happen in a 4 star hotel in 2024!?? I stayed four days / 3 nights used my own cellular network allowance on the iPads and phones, as TVs are Smart TVs and connected to Wi-Fi, but it’s not even suitable for them to work, constant pixelated screen! Reception didn’t want to know, they sent maintenance, they said reception issue, was a fighting battle. This was my third and last stay here due to the Wi-Fi, Oh and maybe appalling bar opening hours 16:00 - 19:00 hrs! And this is where you could connect to the Wi-Fi!!!! Also the bathroom door didn’t have cosmetic fixtures covering the lock/latch and took a chunk out of my finger!!!

The service in the restaurant was below average and the food was poor. The burger was burnt and the bun was cold. The fries were not quality many hard chipped bits. They wanted tips of twelve and a half percent for such poor ssrvice. There was also no internet at all last night after numerous tries very poor for a 4 start hotel.more like 3 star if that. They offered nothing as a compensation just sorry not good enough.

Some of the best service I have had in the UK. Every member of the team was attentive and polite. From the moment walked in we were greeted by every single team member with a big smile, like they were genuinely happy we were staying at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, plenty of parking hotel was clean and looked nice. Faultless but the staff was really impressive, made the stay a pleasure. Will defintley return and recommend. 10 out of 10.
