Unbeatable Location:
Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access to the Westwall Lift, allowing you to hit the slopes at your convenience. In the summer and fall, you’ll find yourself right on the trail for biking and hiking adventures, making it an all-season destination!

Private Car Service:
Included in the price of your stay at this condo is access to the chauffeured car service. This service provides you with private door-to-door access to all destinations in Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte. You can ski down to the lifts but if you'd rather not, call the car. Done with skiing for the day and need a ride to a restaurant, call the car. Don't feel like looking for a parking spot, call the car. You want to head back but they want to stay, call the car.

Transportation to and from the airport or destinations outside of Crested Butte is not included in this service.

Relax and unwind on the expansive deck with seating that overlooks stunning mountain vistas. There’s nothing like sharing a drink as the sun sets over the peaks—it's the perfect backdrop for a full day in the mountains.

Comfort and Convenience:
With a king-sized bed, additional seating, and full bath, you will find your ideal spot to rest after a day of adventure. Our new bathroom features a shower and oversized tub, perfect for soaking those tired muscles.

Entertainment and Relaxation:
With a smart TV and a crackling fire in the fireplace, you can enjoy your favorite show or just watch it snow. When the snowflakes fall, step outside on the porch for the perfect après-ski experience.

Parking:
One parking spot per rental. (One additional slot subject to availability; please inquire.) Parking permit will be available at check-in. No on-street parking allowed in Mt Crested Butte.

Deck:
The deck is shared due to fire code (egress). However, in practice you can expect to enjoy your deck entirely in private, as guests rarely move around between units on the deck and stairs.

Grill:
A charcoal kettle grill is available on the second floor, shared among six units. Bring your own charcoal and kit to ensure you have what you need!

Hot tub (ski season only):
Located on bottom floor. Sign-up sheets posted daily for 30 min slots with exclusive private access. Shared between 12 units in the building.

Sauna (all-year access):
Located on bottom floor. When the hot tub is not available this is a good alternative for warming up after fall hikes and bike rides. Note: sauna and shower are original from 1974 and are both scheduled to be upgraded.

Laundry:
Coin-op washer ($1.50) and dryer ($1.00) available on the ground floor. The front desk at San Moritz can make change for cash during office hours.
