Upstairs: kitchen open to the dining room and the terrace, 1 bedroom with access to the 2nd floor of 1 bedroom. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom. Beautiful outdoor space enclosed by walls with a beautiful lagoon swimming pool (approximately 7m in diameter and 1.40m in maximum depth) heated from May to September. Courtyard, lawn, large covered courtyard, parking of 1,000 m² including 50 m² covered outside. A pretty river Le Gand flows right next door, under a stone bridge a few centuries old. The price includes sheets but not towels. Cleaning fee at 120 euros.
