I don't know, but the bathroom floor did not look or feel clean I had to wear my sandals just to be sure. The bathroom itself was clean, just the floor looked very grimely

We had an issue with our Expedia booking, but the staff member at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) went above and beyond to remedy the situation before we arrived. Great customer service!

After three attempts at different rooms, we finally were settled into a room that had been cleaned. Not thoroughly I might add. The breakfast was absolutely horrid. Cold, powdered eggs. Cold oatmeal. The food was inedible and we left to go enjoy a nice breakfast elsewhere.

Slept really good. They however could have done better with breakfast. Not enough food. Things finished quickly and they were all out of it after that. Ice machine did not work. But otherwise the place was pretty decent.

Checked in with a dog. Online was told the fee would be between 10-20 dollars. Was then told at check in it would be 75 dollars but was charged 85. On top of the room rate. Was asked if we would need all of our pillows since they had to borrow pillows from our room. I told them no we brought our own. Got a pullout sofa bed but was unable to use it because no sheets were provided and there was a HUGE stain on the mattress. The room smelled like dog pee-interesting that I was charged 85 dollars to sleep in a room that smelled like pee. You would think that they would use the money they charge for a pet fee to actually clean up after the previous dogs. There was no thermostat on the wall just an empty space. It was a horrible experience. We will never stay at the hotel again.
