The staff at the hotel were excellent and accommodating. We had to leave early to catch a bus and they prepared for us the most amazing breakfast to take with us.

We stayed here for a few days on our trip to Cusco and it was a perfect base to explore the city. The owners made the stay especially great with help setting up tours, taxi's, and just being so kind with anything we needed. The room had everything we needed. While smaller and simple, it was a great deal for the price.

The location is very close to the main square and has a lot of dining/shopping options nearby. It’s a family business who serves the guests well. They also serve very delicious & healthy breakfast. They only suggestion for improvement is to put the name of the property clearly on the main door so tour operators/taxi drivers can easily find the place.

We had a great stay at Casa Cruz Verde. Everyone we met in the family-run hotel was amazingly friendly and provided great service. They stayed up late for our check-in (providing coca tea upon arrival), and got up early to open the door for us when we headed out on an activity. The room was clean and modern, and larger than expected based on the photos! Bed was very comfortable and the room has a good shower. Breakfast was delicious (best scrambled eggs we’ve had in Peru). The street that the hotel is on is quite noisy and didn’t always feel safe, but the hotel is tucked away in a courtyard so it’s both quiet and safely locked (multiple locked doors/gates). Taxis were organized both when we arrived and left. All-around fantastic experience and we would recommend it to anyone staying in Cusco.

We loved the hospitality of Jose and Johann during our stay. Rooms were clean, location is quiet and off of the street. Fantastic customer service and good location for walking around Cusco. They helped us with airport transfers and held our bags after check out. We stayed in many places in Peru during our vacation and this was by far our favorite! Thank you Jose and Johann!

Will definitely come back here! The staff is incredibly friendly and the space is in a super nice area that was safe. The room itself was great with plenty of space, clean, and a nice bathroom. They made a delicious breakfast too! It was perfect so I could leave for an Inca trail hike the following day.

Nice family stay near Cusco main square
Nice place to stay in Cusco. The family running the hotel was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the square which makes it convenient. The breakfast is served fresh and is a delight. We stayed in the family room which is spacious and well maintained. The terrace access was certainly a highlight for the room.

This was our second stay at Casa Cruz Verde. We loved it. The father and son who run the hotel and very available and attentive. The rooms are immaculate and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. We had the cooked breakfast one morning. The second morning we left early and they made a box breakfast for us to take. This place is a 10 minute walk from the Plaza des Armas. 20 minute Uber from the airport. Very convenient.
