Our beautiful and comfortable lakefront retreat on Lake Martin! Nestled on a wooded and grassy property, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor living.

Enjoy expansive lake views from the large lakeside porch, complete with rocking chairs and a dining area. The spacious deck, with built-in seating, is ideal for entertaining, while the screened porch offers a cozy space to unwind with a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.

A flat, grassy lawn leads you right to the water’s edge, where you’ll find a covered boathouse with two slips and a lift, a jet ski dock, and a swim deck/pier with a ladder for easy access to the lake.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer, for your use. The home’s layout features two king bedrooms on the main floor, with additional bedrooms located upstairs.

Family summer wind up

Clean, spacious, beautiful yard, landscaping, docks, boathouse, boat launch all excellent! Kitchen inventory, pots, pans, etc. very lacking. I would advise to bring 1or 2 of your own & crock pot, if needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Nice spot

This was a great spot. Very open and private. However, you need to bring your own soap and beach towels.. there is plenty of room. It’s a little dated and could use just some cleaning up specially on the outside with spiderwebs and brought wood around the dock and sea wall. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will likely use it again.

This was a semi class reunion trip, so guest of all ages. The house is beautifully redone lots of space really enjoyed the “boating” part of the property. Nice pier, separate boat house with 2 spots. Lots of room in the yard for activities.My wife loves the well stocked kitchen and the ice machine a big PLUS!

House by the lake

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here. The property was clean and well maintained. Easy to get in touch with owner. The lake was close to the end so not much traffic with boats ripping up and down the water. We were able to lounge in our floats and kayaks without worrying someone was going to run us over. I saved this in my favorites on VRBO to visit again.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation. The location was ideal—close to campus, yet peaceful and tucked away on the lake for a relaxing retreat.The house was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped, with a huge kitchen island and spacious deck. The host was easy to reach and quickly resolved a small technical issue. Highly recommend! !

Serenity on the lake

Three generations of my family enjoyed a week at this home on Lake Martin. The house has lovely views on a quiet slough, 5 big bedrooms, and 5 big, clean bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with enough to get you by--including both a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig. We brought our own knife and stock pot and made good use of those items, but I think everything else we used was provided by our host. One member of our party uses a walker. The house's main floor worked well for him -- there's lots of open space to manuever through. We settled him in the large king suite, and he had good access to the bed (both sides) and bathroom fixtures. There is one small step to enter the house from the driveway. To get down to the lake, there are quite a few steps on the porch, but our friend was able to get down to the lakeside by walking through the lawn from the driveway side. Other than the TVs, you should bring your own entertainment. We brought a deck of cards and played around the dining room table. The TV gets good cable service. The wifi is great; we had 4 people working during the day -- including taking video calls -- and bandwidth didn't suffer. We found the Lake Martin Grocery Store nearby to be well stocked with good quality merchandise -- even fresh cuts of meat. We made a run out most days for odds and ends. There's also a good coffee shop at the corner of county road 34 and 49. I would happily book another stay at this great house!

Great Family Fishing Trip

We fish a family fishing tournament twice a year at Lake Martin we have rented several homes on the lake this one was by far the best home we have gotten to date. The homes layout is great with plenty of room to accommodate everyone the parking is good it has a circular drive that helps when you have trucks and boats. The boat ramp was sufficient enough to launch our boats. Drive way is a little steep but worked out fine. Look forward to staying there in the future.

Awesome place on the lake!

The house was wonderful! Plenty of space for our college retreat. The big sectional couch in the living room was a perfect spot for watching tv and playing games. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck together and gathering around the big island in the kitchen to prepare meals. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Football Weekend

Enjoyed the house very much. Looking forward to returning in the fall. The only problem we encountered was not finding the book containing instructions for the TV and how to access local channels.Everyone loved the ice maker and kitchen area. Lots of room for the kids to play outside. The house was great for our family.

The photos don’t do this place justice. The floor plan is very open with lots of room for our entire family. (All family from 4 different households). The place was extremely clean and well stocked. This was a great house for several family members. The two main floor bedrooms are great. We did need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for our 5 day stay. Some were provided but not enough for our group. Property owner was very helpful!

Awesome Lake Getaway

Up for a few days to enjoy some fall weather and golf with the boys. This place is beautiful and quiet while still being close to everything you need. We had a great week and really enjoyed the property. You can count on cleanliness and great communications! We will be back!
