주인분은 친절하시지만 시설이 노후되어있고 동일건물 다른층들은 다 유흥업과 술집에 주차는 맞은편 건물 지하에 있고 tv를 제외하고는 리모컨 컨트롤이 안되어 있음

시설은 좀 오래되고 위치도 시내에 있지만 관리는 사장님이 아주 잘 하시는 것 같습니다. 아침에 구운 계란을 주셔서 잘 먹었습니다.
